A good recruiter will generally be able to work as much as he or she wants. Recruiting is a competitive market, but it is a growing field and there is always room for those who are motivated to succeed. A good place for a potential recruiter to begin their career is by purchasing some recruitment training videos. Such videos will provide them with the information they need to successfully find a niche for them to work in and help them decided what type of venue is best for them to start their career in, whether it be starting their own recruiting business or joining a well established recruitment firm in order to gain some experience.
Regardless of their choice, rest assured, if they can get their foot in the door and establish themselves as a go-to person, they would soon find that they are turning down work because they are so busy.
