Business Plan
I am in college, working toward a business degree. Right now, I am taking a class where the entire semester is spent on learning to develop a business plan for a manufacturing company. The final project, and the only grade, is a business plan that we develop through the semester. My plan is for a manufacturing type company that would supply hand-crafted log furniture to furniture stores. At the moment, I am writing about the type of computer software I would use – specifically, I am talking about how using manufacturing execution system software would be used to assure smooth and quick production times. It’s an interesting class for sure, and I’m enjoying it, even though I don’t think I will ever be starting my own business.
