There are an infinite amount of responsibilities for a business owner to take care of and some of them are more important than others. Implementing your own style of methodology into the way that the business is run is perhaps one of the most important responsibilities as it will dictate how the company is run. As the owner, leader, and face of the company, the methodology that you outline will help to determine how successful the business is and this is obviously something you need to have control over. Control is essential to piloting a company to success and a structured business is sure to help out.
