Getting An ERP Company
We have lots of data in human resources from the MIS to payroll data to benefits data. Not to mention recruitment data to attrition rates to job development. That is why we hired an ERP Company to make an HRIS for us. HRIS is Human Resource Information System. We got this to make our lives in HR much better. We are in the initial stages but we are looking forward to the time when it will take off. Things will be more manageable then. It’s gonna be less chaotic, less stressful. When HR employees are happy then it is indicative that the rest of the employees are happy with how things are.
