Go and find your niche first
Go and find your niche first. That is what they said. But few people explain HOW to do that. I spent a few hours on the phone with a guy who was supposed to be an expert and he asked so many odd questions I had no idea he was trying to help me learn How To Find Hot Niches that would work for me.
But I listened. It was his nickel, as they say. He called me. I did learn a few things that day but I did NOT learn the process the first time around. It was a foreign language to me.
