If the bomb has exploded is it all over
Have you seen the pictures of the Las Vegas hotels that are being salvaged and seem to cave in when the explosives are set off. All too often projects get completely off track and seem to implode upon themselves. It appears to the outside observer (and sometimes the inside) that the project is a failure and should junked. If your people are good and the project is worthwhile you might want to call upon project management consultants to get you back on track.
