Keeping a Good Online Reputation
I keep a Reputation Management company working for me year round. I have a computer repair business which has doubled in customer size over the past year. As my customer base has grown, so has the absurd complaints from some customers as well. When their computer gets a virus and basically wipes out everything on their hard drive, I really can’t do anything about it. As soon as the customer realizes that they did not use good security software, they blame me for not being able to fix it. I understand their frustrations, but it is important to blame the right person and not me or my reputation.
