Mandatory For Employers
It is mandatory for employers to promote health and safety training in the workplace and there is an existing law that exists. Every company should follow the guidelines set by the law. It is also important on the part of employees to know their rights with regard to their own health and safety. To create awareness, what employers should do is to inform their workers about this program and how it keeps them protected from any danger while working. If a new employee will join one company, it is important that before he is allowed to work, he should finish this health and safety training first.
