One of the remedies that we were offered
I have bought a sofa and loveseat in late 2005. Within 14 months the sofa was sagging on the end where I sit each evening. I’m trying to work with UK-Office-Direct officials and getting nowhere. Stay clear of Pine furniture sofas and love seats. The internal mechanism or suppot system is very cheap. We were told that this “mechanism” was as sturdy and durable as eight way hand tied furniture. One of the remedies that we were offered was to purchase at cost a more sturdy “mechanism”, have our sofa picked up and repaired. One of their agents even told us that this would deteriarte over time as well. Bottom line…Don’t buy sofas and love seats from Uk-office-direct.
