Screening Lawyer Resume
I work in a legal recruitment agency. But I am no legal headhunter. I am actually involved in the department that helps our roster of lawyers to craft their lawyer resume. In the short of it, we try to sell our lawyers to our clients. It is no easy job because we know for a fact that for every legal case, there are scores of professional attorneys who want to get that position. We should really be able to screen at the onset that the lawyers under our wing are capable and hard workers. The companies won’t waste their money for a lousy lawyer.
