Sorority needs more tables and chairs for alumni weekend
Our sorority is hosting alumni weekend. This is a huge honor but an even bigger responsibility. The dinner itself will consist of 800 people. I panicked for days over the fact that the event center only had enough tables for 500 people. Luckily another alumni sister told me to check online for places to rent stacking chairs and folding tables for banquets. I checked the rates and the sisters all agreed it was reasonable and more or less not an option anyway. Thank heavens the price was much cheaper than I had anticipated. So we have enough seating for all of our guests and we are the first sorority to have maxed out the capacity with attending guests!
