The Importance Of Business Marketing Strategy
It has always been instilled in us, or me rather because I can never speak for them. Anyways, it has always been instilled in me (in the office) how important the marketing department is because it is income generating. That’s where the money is so as HR we have to take care of them. So they can be demanding as they want when it comes to employee benefits and service but they have to deliver their Business Marketing Strategy. Without delivery of this, they might as well tie a ribbon around their necks because the company will go downhill.
