Why Is My HTC Hero Lagging?
I bought an HTC Hero from a T-mobile store a few weeks ago and I was extremely happy with it. It was so much better than my old phone! A few days ago, however, I noticed that there was something not quite right with it. Why is my HTC Hero running slow, I wondered. I called HTC Hero Support and they told me that it was probably because I had too many applications open at the same time. I took it out of my bag to check, and sure enough, I had about fifteen apps running simultaneously. The Support Rep told me to try and close the applications I was using, and recommended that I remove the HTC widget and download a software patch. My problem is now fixed, and my HTC Hero is back to normal.
