Commercial Loan Programs
When small business owners like me ask a lender about commercial loan programs, they are expecting to hear about practical and realistic business financing options that are actually available now and not some unknown time in the future. I do not know for sure when this began to first happen, but it now seems common for bankers to talk about hypothetical commercial lending programs rather than what they can actually do for an actual business owner sitting in front of them. I will not settle for this approach any more and will keep on evaluating who can provide effective commercial loan programs.
