Consider Buying a Home in Rural America
The other day I found out about USDA loans at their web site online. I never knew this type of loan was available to regular home buyers. I loved the fact that I was not required to put down a payment on the house. Not many 100% financing plans are around today. I sure don’t have a lot of money for a down payment. That was the deciding fact for me to apply for this loan. I also love that idea that these loans are for homes in rural areas. My family loves the outdoors and we can’t wait to move into a big country house.
