A Visit From Mom
My mom is coming for a visit next week and we can’t wait. My kids haven’t gotten to see her in almost a year as she has had some medical issues. I’m the only one who was able to travel to stay with her while she was sick because the kids had school and sports. When mom comes she always brings gifts and yesterday she called to say she is bringing a new skin care wrinkle cream she just found. I love when she brings stuff like that because it is usually something I can’t afford. She invested wisely when my dad was alive and has no money problems to speak of thankfully. We enjoy her gift giving as a result.
