Another Bout of Back Pain
Four years ago, my entire family was involved in a serious car accident. A drunk driver hit the car in front of us head on and that car spun around and took out the whole front end of my van. My husband had to see a Houston chiropractor for six months. After he was pain free for a year, we settled with the other driver’s insurance company. Now my husband’s pain is back again and our chiropractor thinks this is a direct result of the accident. Is it possible for us to go back and file another claim or are we just out of luck? I don’t think we can, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
