good refferences

i never really thought about it too much because there really is not too much to think about. if you want diet tips then just ask peoople that have had success loosing weight and know what they are doing.  start there not on late night tv.  this will give you the info right fromm the source. that is what i have done in the past and it works really good because most people will share a success story with you if you jjust ask. right now though  there are many good resources out there that you can  refference. i  do it.
