Panic attacks are dreadful outcomes of stress, which are becoming increasingly frequent among people especially those who are young. Although many of us who suffer from anxiety attacks turn to medication for a cure, they don’t realize that these medications are hazardous to health and have many serious side effects. If this is the case, are there other measures one could resort to in order to prevent panic attacks? Yes, there are! Herbal supplements can be an alternative to medications. They are safe as compared to anti- depressant medications as they do not have any side effects and are not addictive. However, some doctors don’t recommend these for they are not yet FDA approved.
