Interstitial Cystitis Symptoms

Interstitial Cystitis is a painful medical condition that occurs in the urinary bladder of a man or woman. Symptoms of this disease vary from person to person.  A person who has this disease may feel a persistent urgency to urinate. There will be frequent urination in small quantities, as many as 60 times throughout day and night. There will be a persistent pain in the pelvic area of a women and between the scrotum and anus region in men. Women and women may also feel the pelvic pain during marital relations. The person who has this disease may only have the pain or only frequent urinating sensation or both depending upon the individual. However these symptoms may become worse when it leads to urinary track infection.
