Set Some Goals and Attend the Greenville Bootcamp
Steve and Richard arrived at the exercise club at about the same time. Steve was glad that Richard decided to join him and get into shape. They have been friends for a long time and use to exercise together. Richard signed up for the greenville bootcamp and found that the exercises were very intense. He was really tired and his body was sore after the workout, but he felt great. He told Steve that he really needed the exercise, and he was glad that Steve had called him. They decided to set some goals and see who accomplished them first.
