Usual factors that trigger acne vulgaris

Acne vulgaris is so common that just about anyone can get it. If any of your family members have it, then you are most likely susceptible to it as well. Age is also a factor. By the time a person reaches puberty, it is only natural for him or her to get an acne outbreak.

Other reasons that can trigger the disease have something to do with hot weather, environment, lifestyle, diet, and cosmetics. If the pores get blocked by sweat, oil, and dirt, then acne will simply crop up from the skin. Keeping vices such as smoking and not eating healthy can also weaken the immune system, making you vulnerable to skin problems such as acne.
