Are My Under Eye Circles from Lack of Sleep?

I have noticed lately that I have dark circles under my eyes. I think that it is because I have been drinking more coffee and getting less sleep. I am always busy so I rarely have time to get enough rest. I should really start going to bed earlier and drinking less caffeine to reduce my under eye circles. I have heard that putting cucumbers over your eyes helps with reducing the darkness. I may also try some of the products available in department stores and online to help reduce my circles. I think I will try more sleep first!
