Atherosclerosis the Cause of Poor circulation
As people gets older many problems may develop such as this poor circulation. There are lots of causes regarding with this condition but one of the most common cause is the development of an atherosclerosis in the blood vessel. This atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries is due to the deposition of fats and cholesterol and it is due to our diet. This poor circulation may greatly affect the persons body parts especially the farthest part, because the farthest part may not be able to receive the nutrients that it needs that is there will be muscle cramps, nails and hairs will stop growing; and any cuts or wounds that will happen will not heal very well. The ability to walk any great distances is limited as the circulation cannot get enough oxygen to the blood vessels. Those with poor circulation need to take special care to prevent any cuts or knocks to the skin.
