Enough Rest to Gain Muscles

Intensive workout is not enough especially when your objective is to gain muscles. A Muscle Gain Truth is that the body also needs enough recovery time every day for it to efficiently form muscles. Ideally, you should have seven to eight hours of sleep every night. Enough rest is needed for your body to build muscles and repair worn out tissues. It is also advisable to only train for 4 times a week at most. Losing sleep should be avoided too. You should always make up for whatever lost sleep you may have throughout the week. In addition, you should try your best to avoid stress. Stress increases the production of cortisol, which is a hormone that makes your body store more fat and lose more muscles. If you’re trying to build lean muscles, this is exactly the opposite of what you want to achieve.
