How can you have successful weight loss?
I have tried to lose weight many times in my life and although I have lost a lot of weight a few times, I always seem to gain it back, and then some. I have tried every diet in the book and most who have tried to lose weight know the frustrations that go with losing weight. For 8 months now, I’ve been counting every calorie that I put into my mouth and have been making a point to be active more. I try to exercise 20-30 minutes a day and although I’ve lost weight, I haven’t been perfect. The most important thing with weight loss is to have a support system, because there are times when you will want to give up and it’s really not worth it.
