Learn to reduce the burning and the itching
Many women just let the burning and the itching of a yeast infection come and go. They don’t seek out any yeast infection treatment (whether it be medical or natural), they just allow the infection to run it’s course. This in one way is alright if you do not have chronic yeast infections, but if you’re prone to suffering from the symptoms more often then not you should be looking for some treatment options. Both yogurt and garlic are excellent and combating the infection naturally in your body. Also reduce the amount of sugar you eat which feeds the yeast culture. Creams you can get over the counter at the drug store will stop the infection but over time become less effective as the yeast becomes immune.
