Parramatta Personal Trainer and organic buckwheat recipe
Organic Quinoa, Buckwheat & Amaranth Breakfast porridge
Bring 1 cups water to a boil, add 1/2 cup organic Quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup thinly sliced organic green apples, 1/2 cup organic berries, 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon powder and organic vanilla essence and simmer until water is absorbed. Serve with freshly made almond milk or unhomogenised and unpasteurized cow’s or goat’s milk. If you don not want to serve with milk stew the fruit in water with cinnamon and use the naturally sweetened liquid instead. This recipe is a great snack or main course meal and as a Parramatta Personal Trainer I highly recommend it.
