Pregnancy Diet
If you are pregnant, then you should be conscious about what you eat. You are now eating for two.
However, you should stick to a pregnancy diet to help you eat the right foods but not gain excessive amounts of weight. If you do eat right, then you won’t gain a lot of weight but will be able to provide the proper nutrients for you and you baby.
Doctors recommend eating only 300 more calories per day and when you do this you should stay within the amount of weight that is recommended that you gain. Try to eat fruits and vegetables to help you stay in the right range.
