Strength Training For Women Can Be Done On the Floor

A great exercise to use when doing strength training for women is to begin by laying on your back. Put your hands wherever you are comfortable and then with your legs together, lift them in the air. Then, slowly lower them until they are just about to the ground, then raise them high into the air again. You’re going to want to inhale as you lower your legs and exhale as you are raising them high into the air. Suck in your belly as you’re doing this exercise and if you need back support, put your hands in the small of your back.
