Vince DelMontes Muscle Building

Late that afternoon, when they had finished the drainage trenches, and the compound was finally dry, Vatinius marched his company, a century of eighty men, down to the river.  In the Roman army the smallest division of men was called a century and a full century was never a hundred men, always eighty or less.    “Get that mud off you,” Vatinius shouted.  “A Roman soldier is a clean soldier.  And a clean soldier is a healthy soldier.”  Vince DelMontes Muscle Building scrubbed their clothes and bodies as Vatinius stood at the river’s edge and harangued them on cleanliness.
