The seminar that I attended about service excellence was really very fun, enriching, educational and I would say very creative as well. They taught you the right values and attitude of being the best in your job and for you to be able to give excellent service to your clients and customers. They recognize your positive attitude by appreciating your willingness to learn and respecting other people’s time and efforts. There were a lot of games and freebies. They gave away chemex coffee Maker as their prizes for the winners of the games and recognition for the most punctual. All in all, it was fun and we definitely learned a lot.
