So what do you do if you want buy a home close to your job in Toronto but you just cannot afford the price.  If you are like many in that situation you might look at one of Toronto’s suburbs like Brampton.  But lately there has been a bit of a problem, at least for buyers.  The Brampton Ontario real estate market has a lot of buyers and just not enough sellers.  This is hurting the buyer’s ability to negotiate since it is turning what should be a buyer’s market , due the recession, into a seller’s market.  But buyers can still get a good deal simply because interest rates are at record lows.
