Call From Rachel Ray
Last Fall Rachel Ray had a contest for the best banana bread recipe. The grand prize winner would get an all expenses paid trip to New York City and front row seats at Rachel’s show. I had always wanted to visit New York City. We had recipe for banana bread that had been in our family for generations. It was the recipe that beat all banana bread recipes, In our opinion anyway. I decided to enter the contest. A month later the show that announced the winner aired. When she announced my name as the winner, I thought I would just pass out, I was so excited. We had the best time in New York and meeting Rachel was so fun.
