Tips on tankless vs. storage water heaters
Having a good water heater is essential, especially if you are living in the predominantly cold climate. In North America most of the heating systems have storage tanks. Typical sizes for household use range from 75 to 400 L. Storage water heaters consist of a cylindrical vessel or container in which water is kept hot continuously and ready for use. In Western countries where ambient temperature is colder, tankless water heaters with capacities ranging from 8 to 32 L are installed in kitchen and bath cabinets. In this tank, there is no storage of hot water. The cold water is heated directly through the leading coils installed in the unit.
