My Daughter Is Attending Medical School
Last January my daughter finally started school in Pittsburgh with the goal of becoming a sonographer. At this point, she thinks she may specialize in either pediatrics or cardiology.
I was amazed at how long it took her to get into this school, because they only take so many students and there was a waiting list. I wonder if medical schools for foreign students would be as difficult to attend! I was so frustrated I even looked into getting a lawyer and posting a lens on Squidoo about the experience. We had no choice. She had to wait, as she had signed a paper acknowledging that she was on a wait list.
