Planning An Exercise Bike Workout
I have a stationary bike that I like to use to exercise. At first, right after I got it, I could barely ride it for five minutes without having to stop. So, I figured out how to get a great workout. I decided that I wanted to meet a goal of working out for thirty minutes on my bike. So, I planned An Exercise Bike Workout where I increased my workout each day by two minutes until I reached my goal. It took me about two and half weeks to work up to 30 minutes on the bike, but I did it. Now, my new goal is 45 minutes.
