Poor Planning
Some people just aren’t good with money. My cousin is like that. He decided to pay off some bills about a week before pay day, and used up all his ready cash. Then, of course this is the way it always happens, some unexpected expenses came up and he didn’t have any way to pay for anything since he had spent all his money. Luckily it was eassy for him to get a cash advance in California, and he used that money to pay his expenses until pay day, and then the cash advance was paid back as well, and a lesson learned on how to manage money.
