A Loan for Renovations
Applying for an arizona home equity loan turned out to be a headache for my brother in law. He has excellent credit and was denied at least three times before he finally got the loan. He has owned his home for ten years now and wanted to do a major renovation before he started his new job. He wasn’t able to get the loan amount he wanted, so he had to opt to do less to his home. He was able to add on an extra bathroom and redo the floors. He is hoping he can apply and get another loan in the future.
