More intersates for southwest Illinois
Southwest Illinois tourism would really be helped if there were a few more interstates built there. The main east west interstate is I80 which cuts the state in half and the cut off from that heads down towards the tip of the state. There is one interstate coming from the St Louis area heading towards Chicago, but that is about it. Other than that you seem to be on Illinois two lane highways where the speed limit is sixty MPH which makes it hard to get to anywhere from anywhere. To my way of thinking more roads equal more people and more tourists.
