Now I know why some lawyers specialize in patent law
One little piece of patent law deals with patent term extension. I keep reading all the information I can find on it but I keep getting referred to this subsection or that subsection of the patent laws and I am ready to admit that I just don’t have what it takes to follow the threads adequately enough to understand who qualifies and why and under what specific conditions they qualify to be considered for the patent term extension. These patent lawyers must have very complex minds to understand all that stuff. If ever I even think I may possibly be eligible for a patent term extension I will run as fast as I can to a qualified Patent Lawyer.
