Reverse online phone number scan
One of the reasons, according to a cell company we spoke with, is that the 911 calls from a cell phone go to different kinds of agencies depending on where the phone call is being made and whether or not they did a reverse phone number scan. It becomes important to determine if the letter or the phone call is going to be your mode of contact. Adaptive answer is the ability for a modem to determine whether an incoming phone call is for data, fax, or voice use. Those laws may or may not apply here, since these phone calls are not recorded, but rather monitored on the fly.
