BizTalk is the Best Way for a Company
There are certain pieces of information that different parts of a company may have when they deal with customers. If someone is working in a financial area, and someone else is working in customer service, it is nice to be able to have notes on anything that could happen in between those two places. i was just reading about all of this in some BizTalk Articles the other day. It just seems like a great idea to get something like this for the company I work for. We need something in place to save some time when we are on the phone.
